How to Order
Once the right piece has been chosen, you will need to complete the form on this page. Erin or Bryan will respond within one business day to verify materials, dimensions, and delivery location. Please note that all clients local to the Asheville area qualify for free delivery. After all information has been solidified, an invoice will be sent. Once paid, Bryan will begin making your chosen piece of furniture. Erin will be in contact once the item is ready to ship and is always available for any questions. Typical lead time for orders is about 8 weeks. After furniture details and payment have been verified there are no refunds unless the item arrives damaged- in which case we will do everything we can to either fix, replace, or refund the item.
