  • All KERR products and pieces are handmade by Bryan Kerr.

  • Custom Projects
    No refunds on custom projects. If on the off-chance the item arrives damaged we will assess the damage and provide options for fixing any issues case by case.

    Furniture Line Pieces
    No refunds after a 2 business-day window to verify product details and shipping, unless the item arrives damaged. If damaged, we will do everything we can to either fix, replace, or refund the item. We highly recommend checking the item immediately upon arrival. For KERR

    Home Goods
    No returns unless an item arrives damaged. If damaged, we will do everything we can to either replace or refund the item.

  • All cushions are handmade in Asheville, NC.

  • If you are local to the Asheville area, furniture orders qualify for free delivery.

    If you are within a 2 hour radius of Asheville, furniture orders will be delivered by truck.

    All other furniture orders depending on delivery location will be either delivered by truck or shipped through a freight service with free logistics management.

  • - 65% Deposit to secure a project on our production schedule with the 35% remaining balance due upon delivery or RTS (Ready to ship)

    - Larger projects will have a 65% Deposit, 25% payment once Fabrication complete, with the final 10% due at install completion.

  • To secure your project’s required time on Bryan’s production schedule a 65% deposit is required.

  • We try our best to source material local to the Asheville area, however in some cases to find the right material and desired board length or grain patterns we widen our search.
