FURNITURE & CUSTOM PIECES

If you are local to the Asheville area, furniture and custom  orders qualify for free delivery. If you are within a 2 hour radius of Asheville, furniture orders will be delivered by truck. Cost for delivery will be included in the initial estimate. 

All other furniture orders depending on delivery location will be either delivered by truck or shipped through a freight service with free logistics management. Cost for freight shipping will be included in the initial estimate. 

We are only shipping within the US at this time. Clients are responsible for any and all import or tax duties. Please email hello@kerrwoodworking to inquire about international purchases. 

Home Goods

Free shipping on all home goods purchases. In efforts to reduce energy use and shipping materials, local clients are more than welcome to come by the shop and pick up your home goods order.  

We are only shipping within the US at this time. Clients are responsible for any and all import or tax duties. Please email hello@kerrwoodworking to inquire about international purchases.

Returns

Custom Projects

No refunds on custom projects. If on the off chance the item arrives damaged we will assess the damage and provide options for fixing any issues case by case. 

Furniture Line Pieces 

No refunds after a 2 business-day window to verify product details and shipping, unless the item arrives damaged. If damaged, we will do everything we can to either fix, replace, or refund the item. We highly recommend checking the item immediately upon arrival. 

KERR Home Goods

No returns unless an item arrives damaged. If damaged, we will do everything we can to either replace or refund the item.
